When you visit our website, our server temporarily stores each access. The following data is collected without your intervention:

If you wish to place orders as a guest in our online shop, we require the following data to process the purchase contract:

If you wish to place orders in our online shop using an online account, we also require login details, i.e., a password, for processing the purchase agreement or creating the online account.
In connection with your purchase, we store the following data in our customer database:

- Payment details (depending on the chosen payment method)

Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, we will only use the aforementioned data to process the contract, specifically to process your orders, deliver the ordered products, and ensure correct payment. After the contract has been fulfilled, we will only store the data for as long as legally required or necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., to assert legal claims).

We use your email address to send you information about our products, services or offers in the form of an email newsletter.

Your application will generally be processed within 30 days. Should processing take longer due to complexity or a high volume of requests, the deadline may be extended by up to two additional months. In this case, you will be informed of the extension and the reasons for it within one month.
